Shipping policy

Oakdale Design LLC ships products within the United States using the following parcel companies: UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Orders will be processed within 5-9 business days and shipped out within that timeframe. Once shipped, customers can expect to receive their order within 3-7 business days.  All orders ship from our USA based manufacturing partners facility in Lafayette, LA.

We offer a flat shipping fee of $10 per order, regardless of the size or weight of the package. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do our best to ensure that all orders are shipped in a timely manner, however, please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event that there is a delay in shipping or delivery, we will do our best to notify customers as soon as possible.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Oakdale Design LLC is not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
